| After nearly twenty-five years acting abroad, Rupert returned to Auckland from the United States in 2020. Since then, he has starred in the sold-out show Pretty Legal at the Pumphouse in 2025 and won the Best Actor Award at IndieFest in L.A. for his role in the short film Holding South (2022), which he also produced. Endlessly curious and passionate, Rupert has most recently studied under Kacie Stetson and Jon Hunter. In his free time, Rupert enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with his four kids, and running Auckland Table Reads, a group that meets every other Thursday to read original screenplays. |
